Moody — Effective: May 27, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of Moody, a teleprompter app for iOS ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Moody grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control. The App is licensed, not sold.
You may record and save up to 3 videos free of charge. After that, recording requires an active subscription or one-time purchase.
Moody offers the following plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (yearly or monthly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and again upon each renewal.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
If you cancel during a free trial, your subscription will end immediately and you will not be charged.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a request.
You retain full ownership of all scripts you write and videos you record. Moody does not access, transmit, or claim any rights to your content.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to reverse-engineer the App, or to attempt to circumvent its purchase or licensing systems.
The App, including its design, code, and trademarks, is the property of Michał Jarosz. All rights reserved.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michał Jarosz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These terms remain in effect until you uninstall the App. Violation of these terms may result in revocation of your license.
These terms may be updated. The effective date above will change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
